Architectural award which is aimed to promote role models in architecture for young women has announced winners today.
This years judges were announced previous December. Eva Jiřičná, Jane Drew prize winner, architect and designer or Lesley Lokko, famous architect, academic and novelist were part of the jury.
Women in architecture award founded by Christine Murray has it´s first cover very provocative. The title at Architectural Journal was “Architect Barbie” and it was restyled in black leather instead of pink and soft colors which stereotypes predict to women.
